Be prepared to haul your luggage up narrow stairs. Walls are too thin for comfort. The reception service needs better organization, as we waited over 90 minutes for the shuttle despite prior arrangements!!!

Location is magnificent and convenient.

Thank you for a great stay. The hotel is fairly clean and the room is newly renovated and attractive. The staff are pleasant and polite, managed the parking onsite. A metro station is close to this reasonably priced and great property.

The staff was very accommodating. It was exactly what I needed just to be close enough to the airport for one night, wake up, and take off on a flight the next day. They woke me up on time and drove me to the correct terminal, and were able to direct me to the nearby plaza (only two blocks away), where I had a fantastic meal at night before sleep. The room was clean and comfortable.
